How shipping works
Every Floof piece is print-on-demand. When you order, your item is printed and packed by our US fulfillment partner (Printful) — no warehouse sitting around in dusty boxes.
- Production: typically 2–5 business days
- Transit (US): typically 3–7 business days after ship
- Free shipping: orders $75+ within the US
- You'll get tracking by email once your order ships
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Floof. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on unworn items with tags attached.
- Items must be clean, unworn, and in original condition
- Because products are made to order, double-check size before checkout — use the size guide
- Defective or misprinted items: contact us and we'll make it right

Sizing tips
Most Floof apparel is unisex. Measure a shirt or hoodie you already love and compare to the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
